Tim on the shields, for Labriola group ready to return to growth

Also contributing to the momentum of the shares were the words of the CEO, Pietro Labriola, who, in a letter to employees outlining the course of the past year and the challenges for 2026, explained that the group is more focused and solid, more efficient and ready to return to growth.

"Tim has a more focused, more efficient, more solid industrial design. A design that was not created to defend itself, but to return to growth," said the CEO, emphasising that the company has embarked on a path that stems from "collective work, often done far from the spotlight, with seriousness and a sense of responsibility". Within this framework, Tim Enterprise "has consolidated its role as a growth engine in digital services". The pillars of the industrial strategy include cloud, security and digital platforms, defined as "true industrial assets", together with the launch of the new data centre project, "a strategic investment that looks to the long term" in terms of service quality, energy efficiency and responsible use of resources. "It will be one of the most important construction sites in 2026 and a key element of our future trajectory," Labriola writes. Looking instead at the entry and recent strengthening of Poste Italiane in the share capital, the CEO explained that they strengthen 'the group's stability and our ability to invest in technological infrastructure that is fundamental for the country'.
