Toyota unveils the restyled Yaris Cross at Design Week: here's how it changes
Updated design, improved interior and sustainable materials. The range is simplified with a single 130 hp Full Hybrid engine, available with front-wheel drive or Awd-i.

Toyota has chosen the context of Milan Design Week, which runs until 26 April, for the debut of the restyling of the Yaris Cross, the hybrid b-suv and top model in Europe and Italia, where it continues to dominate in its segment. Orders will be open from tomorrow, starting from a list price of 29,600 euro, which can drop to 24,950 euro with trade-in or scrapping. Financial formulas and rental solutions dedicated to professionals are also available
Yaris Cross 2026, mid-career touch-up
Since its launch in 2021, the Yaris Cross has established itself as one of the brand's most popular offerings, reaching 200,000 units sold on the continent by 2025, for a total of 1.3 million units sold worldwide, of which 151,000 in Italia.
Produced in the Toyota Motor Manufacturing France plant, the Toyota Yaris Cross embodies the key values of the family: innovation, efficiency and safety, declined in a compact format designed for the European public. For the Italia market, the price list has been optimised with four trim levels and a single engine that can be chosen with front-wheel drive or intelligent AWD-i all-wheel drive, the latter in Icon and Premium versions.
The sportiest version, the Gr Sport, is inspired by the world of motorsport and was developed with input from Toyota Gazoo Racing. This variant introduces exclusive aesthetic details, a revised set-up and a sporty interior with red stitching and Gr logo.
