Trasimeno Glamping Resort: sport, territory and innovation

The Vacanze col Cuore Group continues to invest in the development of the Trasimeno Glamping Resort in Sant'Arcangelo di Magione (Perugia). The resort is equipping itself with new sports facilities of excellence - tennis, football, padel and volleyball - supplemented by a new food & beverage area that is also accessible to the external public. The operation does not only concern the resort: in coordination with the municipality, urban redevelopment projects are planned, such as new playgrounds, car parks, the modernisation of the jetty area, and new bicycle and pedestrian paths. On the services front, the opening of an in-house training school for staff and the activation of a customer care system based on artificial intelligence, developed to optimise operational efficiency without, however, replacing the irreplaceable value of human contact, stand out.
