Trump and his running mate, Ohio Senator J.D. Vance, are the stars of this four-day Republican convention in Milwaukee. But even in a party so devoted to the former president, the convention is a good opportunity to shed light on the next generation of Republicans, giving a glimpse of what the party might look like after 2028. On the first night of the convention, speakers introduced themselves to delegates, highlighting character traits, passions and achievements.

Trump: Democrats want to cheat, also vote by mail

The security debate continues

Several witnesses shouted towards a police officer pointing the finger at the man who shot Donald Trump at least 86 seconds before he opened fire. In one clip a man can be heard shouting in the direction of an officer to get his attention, while in the background a woman shouts at the cop to look on the roof.
