On the occasion of the newspaper's 160th anniversary, the 24 ORE Group lands on TV: the Radio24-IlSole24OreTV channel is born, and will make its official debut on 24 June 2025 on channel 246 of the digital terrestrial network. This event marks a historic moment for the Group, which thus becomes the first Italian publishing group to have a complete multimedia information platform, equipped with all the main broadcasting media: daily newspaper, periodicals, digital platforms, press agency, radio, events and from now on also TV.

.Radio24-IlSole24OreTV, a latest-generation concept and architecture that includes usability from all of the Group's main touch points: from the websites of Radio 24 and Il Sole 24 Ore to their respective Mobile Apps and Radio 24's CTV App, and of course linear usability on digital terrestrial television with channel 246. A numbering system that is easy to remember, thanks to the number sequence "two four six" and the characteristic 24 at the top, which will make available to the public in a synergic manner the high quality content produced by the newspapers and the various areas of the 24 ORE Group, with the aim of constituting a point of reference for in-depth information.
Strategic choice for the future
A project that has a strategic value, also in terms of the future, as witnessed by the choice of technical partners that will accompany the channel's production. To guarantee the highest quality of broadcasting, in fact, the 24 ORE Group has chosen Sky Italia, a leader in the broadcast services market. Sky will provide the technological architecture and technical support for video production and the development of the network graphics infrastructure, while play-out, with dynamic management of the H24 video schedule, and broadcasting on the national digital terrestrial network will be handled by Persidera, Italy's leading independent network operator. The production of the television formats will be carried out in theTV studios of the 24 ORE Group in Milan and Rome.

.The visual layout of the channel will be innovative and high-impact, starting with the TV logo, which will be dynamic, reflecting the energy and versatility of Radio24-IlSole24OreTV, and thanks to graphics that will express the style of the main international 'all news' TV channels: the main image will be enriched by differently scrolling tickers and content feeds that will dynamically offer, from time to time, breaking news and in-depth analysis by Il Sole 24 Ore, market trends by Radiocor, sports news in collaboration with Tuttomercatoweb.com and weather forecasts in collaboration with iLMeteo.it,
The schedule of the new channel will start from its very first phase with a rich and varied proposal, with a leading role for Radio 24 programmes, which will be flanked by the in-depth information of Sole 24 Ore with its various appointments and the press agency Radiocor to monitor in real time the performance of the financial markets and the main economic events: a unique presence in Italy, to follow every day the key issues of greatest interest.
