La figlia del clan racconta la ’ndrangheta a caccia della libertà

Some may have already taken advantage of the spring holidays, but most of us still have to wait a little longer for the summer holidays. It is better to arrive prepared, us and our pets, and in any case to be ready for short or long journeys, improvised or planned, safely, especially if you use a car.
The Pet Safety Days by Tavo event, which is being held today and tomorrow at the GUD Milano CityLife, in the heart of the Three Towers Park, one of the liveliest areas of the city and certainly one of the most frequented, given the numerous green spaces, by 'two-legged' people with one or more four-legged friends, arrives at just the right time. Two days that combine moments of fun and play with moments of information, with the aim of promoting a culture of conscious and serene travel in the company of one's pets. Starting at 3 p.m. today, visitors will be able to enter the Tavo Pets Fun Zone, a space entirely dedicated to dog and cat lovers, where every activity is designed to involve and surprise. Among them, the photo opportunity "The road to safety", a thematic path that will allow pets to become the protagonists of shots, which their humans can then of course take home. There will also be a touch of play, with the road safety-themed wheel of fortune to put yourself to the test, win exclusive prizes and discover how best to protect your pets during every journey.
Alongside fun, special attention will be paid to information. Travelling with a pet requires awareness: the journey starts well before getting into the car and every detail contributes to the animal's wellbeing and the safety of all passengers. This is why Dr Zita Talamonti, a veterinary doctor and expert in animal behaviour, will be present in the Tavo Pets Fun Zone. Tomorrow afternoon she will hold a meeting open to the public, remaining available for advice to pet travellers.
"As a brand focused on pet safety when travelling, we wanted to create an appointment capable of combining fun and useful content,' explains Matteo Troncarelli, marketing manager of Tavo in Italia. 'The aim is to raise awareness of the importance of road safety when pets are on board and, at the same time, to present our solutions, designed to guarantee comfort and protection. Our international research tells us how much this issue is still underestimated: this is why we want to be promoters of a more attentive and responsible travel culture'. In fact, let us remember that Article 169 of the Highway Code establishes the prohibition of transporting pets 'in conditions that constitute an impediment or danger to driving'.
Tavo is headquartered in Amsterdam and distributes security transport systems in more than 40 countries worldwide. In Italia, it is present in more than 150 specialised pet shops, boutiques, pet hotels, kennels and online at tavopets.com.
