Unipol will incorporate UnipolSai: takeover at EUR 2.7 per share

Unipol Group has approved a corporate rationalisation project "to be carried out through the merger by incorporation of UnipolSai into Unipol Gruppo". As part of the operation, a note said, it is planned to launch a voluntary total takeover bid by Unipol on UnipolSai at a price of 2.7 euros per share.
