Immobiliare Dani and Daniela Santanchè have sold 75% of Athena Pubblicità, controlling shareholder of Visibilia Editore, to Wip Finance. This was announced by Visibilia editore in a note at the request and on behalf of Athena pubblicità and Wip finance without details on the price.

The chain is this: the company Immobiliare Dani Srl always refers to the Minister of Tourism.

Through this, the FdI senator controls 75 per cent of Athena Pubblicità (where journalist Paola Ferrari is also a partner through Alevi Srl). Athena is the company that, having subscribed to the recent capital increase, controls the listed Visibilia Editore Spa.

75% of Athena, and thus Visibilia, has now been sold to Wip Finance.
