Restaurants, Da Vittorio: partnership between the Cerea and Ruffini families kicks off
Ou(r) Group will enter the operating companies owned by the Cerea family with a 40% stake
The Ruffini family (read firstly Moncler) will join the Cerea family in the development of the haute cuisine group expertly built around the success of the three-starred restaurant Da Vittorio. After the rumours of the past months, it is now official: the Cerea family, founder and leader of the Da Vittorio Group - Vicook, and Ou(r) Group, the holding company of the Ruffini family - that has already invested in the sector with Langosteria alongside the founder Enrico Buonocore - announce "a partnership that envisages the entry of Ou(r) Group in the operating companies headed by the Cerea family with a 40% share"
The operation - reads a note - "marks the meeting of two families of entrepreneurs who share a long-term vision, a strong identity of values and an approach that combines tradition, creativity, innovation and international vocation. With its strategic and operational contribution, Ou(r) Group will support the Cerea family in a new phase of development in Italia and abroad. A path that has the ambition of further strengthening the positioning of the Da Vittorio Group and that will take place in full respect of its identity".
