Revolution at Vogue. Anna Wintour has announced that she is stepping down as editor of the prestigious magazine she has led since 1988. This was reported by several media outlets, including the Daily Mail, Business Of Fashion and Fashion Week Daily, pointing out that Wintour announced her step back during a meeting with her staff on Thursday. Wintour will, however, continue in her position as head of global content at Condé Nast and global editorial director of Vogue.
The long-time editor-in-chief of what has long been regarded as the fashion bible reportedly announced the news during a meeting with staff on Thursday morning. Vogue is therefore looking for a new head of editorial content.
