Built on the Meb+ platform, an evolution of the current Meb from the new software generation, the ID.Cross Concept features a new, state-of-the-art propulsion system: two central modules are the electric motor integrated in the front axle system with power electronics included, and the high-voltage battery arranged horizontally in the sandwich floorpan. The electric motor unloads 211 horsepower onto the front wheels and the top speed is 175 km/h. Autonomy? Expected to be 420 kilometres with Wltp homologation.
