Ukraine, US Embassy: possible large-scale Russian attack
The Ukrainian president reports Russian preparations for a combined attack with medium-range weapons and calls on the population to take refuge in shelters.

We are verifying this information. We are observing signs of preparation for a combined attack on Ukrainian territory, including Kiev, involving various types of weaponry. Specified intermediate-range weapons could be used in such an attack.
It is important to act responsibly on air warnings, starting tonight. Russian madness really knows no limits, so please protect your lives, use the shelters'.
