  New rules for installing solar panels on fields: who can and cannot proceed
  The new version of the Agri-Food Decree reopens the way for the possibility of installing ground-mounted photovoltaic systems on land used for agricultural purposes. Plants for which authorisation procedures have been initiated, for example, can be constructed under the rules that existed before the decree law came into force.
