AEG 9000 ProAssist, the oven that 'sees' what is being cooked

Among the many solutions admired at the AEG Electrolux stand, one of those that attracted the most attention from visitors was the CamCook function integrated as standard in the new ProAssist 9000 series oven family with SteamPro, coming in 2026. Operating in conjunction with a camera that, thanks to artificial intelligence, can recognise dishes and cooking preferences and quickly initiate subsequent sessions, this feature also gives cooks the ability to store and select recipes available online via the TasteAssist AI assistant, send their contents to the appliance and keep track of them to replicate them in future preparations.
