Atalanta: Stephen Pagliuca and partners

In February 2022, the Percassi family sold 55% of the shares to a group of new investors led by Stephen Pagliuca, chairman of Bain Capital and co-owner of the Boston Celtics. The Percassi family retains the 45% stake and remains the largest single shareholder in the company.
