BMW i3 – Electric range

The i3 is the first all-electric 3 Series built on the Neue Klasse platform. It launches in the 40 xDrive and 50 xDrive versions. The more powerful model has two motors delivering 469 cv and 645 Nm, accelerates from 0 to 100 in 4.7 seconds and promises a range of over 900 km under WLTP. New-generation (Gen6) 800-volt cylindrical batteries can be charged at up to 400 kW DC, enabling a charge from 10 per cent to 80 per cent in 21 minutes, and support power sharing.
