Chiara Ferragni has been entered in the Milan register of suspects, with the hypothesis of aggravated fraud, not only for the Pink Christmas pandoro by Balocco, but also for the Easter eggs by Dolci Preziosi and for the Trudi doll, launched on the market by the digital entrepreneur in 2019. This is what emerges from the deed with which the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office on Thursday raised before the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Court of Cassation, which will have to decide shortly, the conflict between the offices of the Public Prosecutor's Office on the competence to investigate the case of the Christmas cake of the confectionery company in the province of Cuneo. The infuencer is therefore liable for three episodes with legal representatives of the manufacturing companies.
