Ferrari CZ26: here is the one-off based on the SF90
The main changes are to the exterior silhouette, the aerodynamics and, to some extent, the interior. It will remain a one-off, built at the request of a US client and unveiled in Monterey during the week dedicated to the most exclusive classic cars and multi-million auctions.

A Ferrari you wouldn’t expect. The new CZ26 – which, admittedly, remains a one-off model built to the specifications of a US customer – could also foreshadow a future evolution of the SF90. Whilst the CZ26 is based on the platform of Maranello’s first hybrid model, it also features a completely new, not to say futuristic, whilst only the mechanics remain the same, featuring the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 plug-in hybrid engine boosted to 797 cv, paired with three electric motors delivering 162 kW of electric power and all-wheel drive. For now, the car has made its debut at Monterey Car Week but could serve as a testbed for the next generation of Ferrari supercars currently being developed by head of design Flavio Manzoni.
The CZ26’s other specifications, derived from the SF90
Returning to the CZ26, this one-off model is fitted with a 7.9 kWh battery that allows it to travel up to 25 km in electric mode, whilst its performance figures are, as one would expect from a Ferrari, truly breathtaking: 0–100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 328 km/h. The 45/55 front-to-rear weight distribution also echoes that of the SF90. The chassis measures approximately 476 cm in length and 201 cm in width, with a wheelbase of 265 cm. Finally, the large 20-inch wheels are fitted with 255/35 tyres at the front and 315/30 tyres at the rear.

The Special Projects programme will use the CZ26 as a showcase for extreme customisation: a completely redesigned body, revised aerodynamics, and an interior crafted like a bespoke suit. The result is a one-off that retains the performance figures of a plug-in hybrid hypercar, but combines them with a highly personalised interpretation of the front and rear ends, and to some extent the interior too. Yet another gem from the Maranello design centre and its director, Flavio Manzoni, who never fails to amaze with original solutions that go even beyond the requests of the lucky owners who receive these unique Ferraris.
Bespoke bodywork and shooting brake silhouette
The real innovation of the CZ26 is its bespoke bodywork, which features a roofline that has been elongated into a fastback profile, with a roof that slopes more directly towards the rear and an almost vertical rear window. The front end features slim headlamps, whilst the rear echoes the proportions and lighting signature of the Ferrari 12Cilindri, with a clean cut at the rear. The Argento Veloce paint finish is paired with Rosso Lampante accents and pigmented carbon fibre inserts that break up the surfaces, creating a different visual impression compared to the SF90.
Custom aerodynamics and interior details
The bodywork features a different aerodynamic design, with airflow travelling along the elongated roof and converging on a vertical spoiler integrated into the rear. The side air intakes have been redesigned to feed the twin-turbo V8 and the cooling systems without compromising the original proportions, whilst the underbody works in conjunction with the diffuser and side elements to generate downforce. Inside the cabin, the CZ26 offers the SF90’s high-tech layout, with exclusive upholstery and colour schemes that echo the exterior, carbon-fibre inserts and bespoke stitching.
