3/7Weekend

From the Belleville Valley to the thermal baths of Brides- Les- Bains

Belleville Valley with the stations of Val Thorens, Les Menuires and Saint-Martin-de-Belleville is the valley with the most kilometres of slopes. Val al Thorens, Europe's highest alpine village at 2,300 metres, in the middle of the Alps, is home to cafés, bars and restaurants and lots of shops. In the valley of Méribel lies the ski resort of the same name and the beautiful village of Brides-Les-Bains. Both have access to the the 'Méribel' valley ski resort where the slopes reach their highest point at 2.952 metres, the scene of the women's Alpine races and the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville. Brides-Les-Bains, at an altitude of about 600 metres, is known for its spa treatments (massages, hydrotherapy, whirlpool baths and hammam), perfect for soothing tired muscles and recovering after a day on the slopes. Brides-les-Bains is also the starting point for numerous hiking and snowshoeing trails, perfect for those seeking the slow side of the winter mountains.
