The Guardia di Finanza celebrates its 252nd anniversary. Mattarella: ‘Protecting the honest and ensuring the rule of law’

“The Guardia di Finanza is celebrating its 252nd anniversary. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the men and women of the Corps for the dedication and self-sacrifice with which they serve Italia every day.” This is what the Deputy Minister for the Economy and Finance, Maurizio Leo, stated in a press release. “I have a deep connection with the Guardia di Finanza, forged over more than forty years of teaching at the Corps’ training and specialisation schools.
