Milan, carbon monoxide leak in a nursery school: 11 children hospitalised

Carbon monoxide leak in a Milanese kindergarten, Viale Certosa 34. Eleven one- and two-year-olds and four adults, including two teachers and two parents, are under the care of the 118 emergency services. The fire brigade with a fire engine and experts from the Nbcr unit were also on the scene to identify the causes that triggered the leak.

Children and teachers are in a triage area with health officials considering hospitalisation due to the symptoms experienced. The nursery premises are being closely monitored by the fire brigade.
