The historic Torre Velasca - the subject of a renovation project developed by Hines - will host the new spaces dedicated to Allianz Bank Financial Advisors' financial advisors and clients from May 2025. The Allianz Group's network bank in Italy has signed a multi-year lease agreement for approximately 1,500 square metres on two floors. In view of the completion of the renovation project scheduled for the end of the year, the Tower has reached an occupancy rate of 85 per cent so far in December.

"The entry of such a prestigious reality as Allianz Bank Financial Advisors underlines the attractiveness of the regeneration project we have been working on for over three years, with the aim of enhancing the historical value and urban centrality of the Tower," said Mario Abbadessa, senior managing director & country head of Hines in Italy.

"With its strategic location and iconic value in the real estate panorama, Torre Velasca has been rethought to accommodate different functions - offices, serviced apartments and retail, creating a synergy with the city as a whole and redefining its role as a reference point for both business and the community. The letting of 85% of the spaces demonstrates how this transformation, based on respect for the architectural heritage, innovation and sustainability, continues to meet the needs of leading national and international realities".

"For the Allianz Group, this is a return to Torre Velasca - where RAS and Ras Asset Management once had part of their offices - not just a prestigious location in the heart of Milan, but a choice that is in keeping with the company's heritage and an iconic property that presents a completely renewed identity under the banner of innovation and sustainability," added Paola Pietrafesa, managing director of Allianz Bank Financial Advisors and deputy general manager of Allianz. "In addition to housing the offices of the financial advisors coordinated by Area Manager Silvio Migliori, who can welcome their clients in these renovated spaces, we are planning a representative space on the ground floor that will also give our guests the opportunity to carry out banking transactions."
