More diving at Lido Fiori and design at the Insula Beach Club

At Lido Fiori, on the Melfi coast, summer has not yet faded; it retains the warmth and charm of the finest months of the year. Especially as the sun sets and the air grows cooler. Nestled between Castelvetrano and Sciacca, it boasts reddish sand dunes as soft as cushions, amongst which grows the typical vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub, whilst the clarity of the water has earned it the Blue Flag. Just beyond a dune, with no barrier in between, amidst a woodland of maritime pines and poplars where crickets and cicadas chirp, you are welcomed by the Insula Beach Club, where, amidst designer furnishings and handcrafted items – some made by social cooperatives – you can experience a blend of styles and cultures, savouring Mediterranean dishes, attending musical events and book presentations. Then you can take a dip in the moonlight, accompanied by the first twinkling stars.
