Poligrafico’s 2025 financial statements approved: the Ministry of Economy and Finance to receive the highest dividend ever
The Shareholders’ Meeting has appointed the new Board of Directors: Pietro Di Paolantonio as Chairman, and Michele Sciscioli as Chief Executive Officer (re-elected)

The Italian State Printing Works and Mint S.p.A. (IPZS) posted record figures in 2025: €574 million in revenue, €236 million in EBITDA and €175 million in net profit, the best ever in the Institute’s history. This is according to the 2025 Annual Report approved on Thursday 11 June by the Shareholders’ Meeting.
The highest dividend ever
The Ministry of Economy and Finance, which is the sole shareholder of IPZS, received the highest dividend ever, equal to the entire net profit achieved (€175 million).
The new Board of Directors
The General Meeting also appointed the Institute’s Board of Directors. Pietro Di Paolantonio was appointed Chairman of the Board. Michele Sciscioli, meanwhile, was reappointed as Chief Executive Officer by the Shareholder.
The Board of Directors is completed by Stefano Corti, Francesca Marino and Flavia Scarpellini.
The Board of Statutory Auditors
The meeting also saw the appointment of the new Board of Auditors for IPSZ. The chairman is Ambrogio Brambilla, whilst the other members of the Board are Claudia Santilli and Remo Tagliacozzo – both serving as standing auditors – Marco Enzo Pitotti as an alternate auditor and Monica Petrella, also an alternate auditor.
