Roberto Vannacci, the goals: remigration, border defence and arms opposition for Kiev
The manifesto accompanying the farewell to the League and the launch of the new party 'Futuro Nazionale' contains some key words. Among them remigration, border defence, always legitimate defence
An election programme is still premature. But the manifesto accompanying the farewell to the League and the launch of the new party 'National Future' contains much of the Vannacci-thought. With some keywords: remigration, border defence, always legitimate defence. But also protection of enterprise, of made in Italy and of merit.
No aid to Ukraine
Not only that. The former deputy secretary of the Carroccio, has never hidden his opposition to sending arms to Kiev. "We cannot continue to give arms to Ukraine and prolong a war that we are unfortunately continuing to lose. And we also cannot do this because some of this money, which comes from our taxes, goes into gold toilets, villas and luxury yachts,' he said repeatedly.
Remigration needed
He was then among the first to clear 'remigration' as a political objective in Italia. 'Mass immigration, even when not criminal,' he explains in the manifesto, 'crumbles the compactness of a civilisation, shatters social solidarity, waters down the identity of a people by forcing the forced coexistence of an excessive and unsustainable number of individuals with different histories, habits, references and religions. Our traditions are non-negotiable. They are not dilutable. For those who do not integrate and assimilate, remigration becomes a necessity'.
Boundaries and Identity
In the post certifying the birth of his new party, National Future, Roberto Vannacci chooses a few words to define his project. Among these is 'Identity'. 'That identity that makes us unique, exclusive: Italian,' he explains. Italia is our homeland: well delimited by borders that must be protected and defended, inhabited by a people who recognise themselves in the same ideals and values, governed by a political class elected to serve the interests of the Italian people. Italia comes first, then the State and the Institutions, which must serve it, and finally, as long as the interests of these two subjects are safeguarded, the Law'.
Traditional Family
The family is the traditional one: 'Biology teaches us this: to conquer time a people must procreate, and to have children you need a man and a woman. Of the eight billion people on this planet, all were born of a man and a woman. Children need a father and a mother united in difference and complementarity'
