Territorial Revenues

The revenues of territorial entities (municipalities, regions and provinces) deserve a separate mention. In this case, the draft law introduces a rule that allows these entities to adopt a facilitated definition according to locally established methods and criteria. In essence, this means that the autonomous entities will be able to decide on scrapping free of state legislative constraints, provided that the principal is always due in full. This, even in the hypothesis that the revenues are managed by the Agenzia delle Entrate Riscossione, since there is no obstructive cause in the relevant provision.
