Strolling around Glasgow between bookshop tours, Art Nouveau buildings and beautiful galleries
The new addresses of taste
Glasgow's restaurant scene continues to thrive with new openings. Dishoom, for example, adds Bombay's café culture to the city centre with a new branch. Delphine is a lively all-day café-bar located in the heart of Princes Square. Delicious brunches, lunches and dinners are served here accompanied by expertly prepared cocktails.
The team led by Ho Lee Fook will open a new venue, Fook Mei, near Glasgow's Barras Market this autumn. It will serve tasty Asian street food inspired by Hong Kong and South-East Asia. The menu will include dishes such as hand-cut noodles and spicy chicken, promising fresh and tasty meals in a lively environment. Don't forget the Scottish National Whisky Festival, scheduled for 24 January, with hundreds of whiskies and spirits available for tasting.
