'Tailor-made training for employees and professionals'

A: All the statistics say that professionals must get together: it is a necessity to compete and to improve one's income situation. It is a market demand: companies must be provided with a multidisciplinary and integrated service. Instead, professional realities continue to be too small, even though there is a trend towards consolidation.

D: The tax reform started a path of facilitation with the neutral regime for contributions.

D: With the Observatory, did you also survey the attitude of professionals towards artificial intelligence?

A: With respect to Ai there is curiosity and interest. As Fondoprofessioni we will invest in training for employees of firms. For professionals we are working on conventions with some northern regions and autonomous provinces: we need to be prepared. However, innovation in firms will not come from artificial intelligence that reasons by averages, discarding the most creative solutions, but artificial intelligence tools will simplify some of the work.

D: Welfare is a cornerstone in the contract for professional firms. For employees but also for employers.

A: In firms, employees and owners sit on the same side of the desk: it is the entire supply chain that produces value by listening and responding to client issues. That's why protections are inclusive, for workers, their families and professionals.

D: Young people: what initiatives to attract new recruits, apart from apprenticeships?

A: Young people can also carry out school work experience during their studies: we have provided, through Ebipro, an allowance of one thousand euros: 250 in book vouchers for the student and 750 to compensate the student for the training commitment.

D: The other theme is to retain employees not only through welfare but also through training and retraining. How do you incentivise this?

A: The bilateral body can contribute to the cost of the employee in training, up to 40 hours per year. I would remind you that our notices increasingly focus on tailor-made training.

D: In your research and in some initiatives you have also included the non-ordering professions. Will you continue along this path?

A: Yes, we cannot neglect the world of new professions arising from new market demands.

D: What do you ask of the legislator?

A: To be treated like others. As professionals we are a source of innovation and value, including economic value, for the country. Yet this is often overlooked. Perhaps we have failed to convey what we are and what we do for the benefit of the business system and for our clients in general. We are fundamental ineconomic growth, while respecting legality. this is where we have to start.
