The expansion of Vesta, the restaurant brand of Triple Sea Food (Tsf), a holding company owned by Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio's Lmdv Capital, continues. After the success of the Milanese venues opened between 2022 and 2023 in Brera - the first Vesta, the Trattoria del Ciumbia and Casa Fiori Chiari - a few days ago Tsf announced new openings in Portofino and Marina di Pietrasanta, thus reaching five openings in less than two years.

"We are in a dynamic and ambitious expansion phase," Davide Ciancio, ceo and co-founder of Triple Sea Food, told Food24. In our business plan we have foreseen the opening of five new restaurants within the next two years. The creation of new formats is also planned. We aim to create quality dining experiences in exclusive settings. Each new restaurant will be located in a prestigious location, designed to offer not just a meal, but an emotion'.

In terms of turnover, Ciancio reports 'steady growth' with a target for 2024 of a 'turnover of around 25 million and further growth in the coming years'. "The results and growth prospects," Ciancio continues, "are so solid that Tsf's valuation, carried out by one of the 'Big Four', the world's big consulting firms, was recently estimated at a range of EUR 45 million. With these new openings we exceed the threshold of 250 employees and look forward to new projects for 2025 with all three Tsf brands'.

The Vesta Portofino has opened inside a historic beach club on the bay of Paraggi, recently renamed Le Carillon Dolce&Gabbana following the "creative take-over DG Resort". "In this coastal landscape dominated by the aromas and colours of the Macchia Mediterranea, the shades of white and deep green stand out: the new Verde Maiolica print by Dolce&Gabbana - is the description in a note - covers the entire beach club area, while the elegant vertical stripe motif brings to mind the dolce vita and the typical style of the Italian Riviera, decorating the exclusive pop-up, the bar area and the Vesta restaurant"..

The Vesta Marina di Pietrasanta has taken over the historic Franco Mare bathing establishment and will offer, in addition to the restaurant tables, "53 private tents with a dedicated menu, an ice tank for the fish and a Basque grill".
Both new openings "will be characterised by the philosophy of seafood cuisine within the sea" where "there will be a raw part/bar and the kitchens will all be made of travertine, with top quality sound and lighting systems".
