At Ristorante Belvedere Ravello the joy of chef Aristarco
Armando Aristarco's cuisine is an amused one, in which one perceives the joy of living and being at the fireside, manifested through dishes conceived during the journey that began in Torre del Greco where he was born. At his restaurant Il Belvedere one must try Il Campo Fiorito where more than forty ingredients make an excellent menu even vegan, as well as his Riso Campano, the Scampo in escursione with mushrooms, peppers and Vatolla onion and the Tagliolino marino with clams, microalga T and sfusato Amalfitano. Enjoying them while overlooking or rather practically suspended over the most elegant and daring panorama - one can even see the Auditorium designed by Oscar Niemeyer just below - makes this a truly unforgettable experience.
