Beer culture and walks at the Fantaisie Palace

This is also a place devoted to beer. You can learn about it at Maisel's Beer Experience World, a brewery where you can experience beer, such as following the brewing and fermentation process, and then perhaps dine at Liebesbier, the adjacent restaurant. Also very interesting is a visit to the Fantaisie Palace, Germany's first horticultural museum where one can learn all the stages of this kind of agricultural art, while admiring such beautiful objects as an inlaid piece of furniture by the Spindler brothers. There is also a section devoted to the history of gardens in this summer palace built from 1761 onwards. The park of the Fantaisie reflects the Rococo tastes in vogue at the time of its creation, thus presenting fountains with water features, crypts scattered along the paths, rock formations and sculptures, confirming the passion for nature of the margraves, enlightened princes and ecologists.
