The best-selling motorbikes and scooters in 2025
Kymco People S 125 Abs (6,533)
Sixth place in the ranking is occupied by the Taiwanese scooter, which proves to be one of the most interesting and competitive 125s. The model features a single-cylinder 4-stroke Euro 5+ engine, with a power output of 10.9 hp, which allows a declared top speed of 95 km/h (not a lot from a motorway perspective) but guarantees low fuel consumption (37 km/l) and adequate performance for urban traffic and daily commuting. From a technical and equipment point of view, the People S 125 Abs retains the high wheels (16" front and 14" rear) that favour stability and manoeuvrability, together with high-efficiency full LED headlights, flat footrest and modern aesthetics. For 2026, safety remains one of the strong points, with standard Abs helping with braking even on uneven surfaces. The Kymco People S 125i, which weighs 130 kg with a full 6.2 litre fuel tank, has disc brakes on both wheels and is offered with both Cbs and Abs (which we recommend). Fuel consumption is around 37 km/l.
