Founded in 1966 thanks to the passion for hospitality of Frida Kasslatter and her husband Karl as a small mountain guesthouse, the hotel has evolved over time under the guidance, passion and love of their granddaughter Bibiana and her husband Maurizio, whilst retaining deep roots in Tyrolean and Ladin tradition, jealously guarded by the family. Having now reached such an important milestone this historic Val Gardena hotel can look back on over half a century of excellence, commitment and absolute dedication. The hotel’s recent refurbishment, together with the new features introduced in the spa and upcoming projects, underlines the desire to proudly celebrate both the past and the solid present. Bibiana and Maurizio, the heart and soul of the hotel, look forward to the future with enthusiasm alongside their son Emanuele, who represents the new generation with his contemporary vision of the hospitality industry and is guiding the hotel’s evolution towards tomorrow.
