Digital data transmission

Via the website www.rentri.gov.it only the data from the digital form for hazardous waste is submitted. Pursuant to Article 15, paragraph 3, of Ministerial Decree 59/2023, this obligation must be fulfilled by the entire supply chain. Intermediaries and consortia are excluded. The data must be submitted within the deadlines for entry in the register (see Decree 143/2023).
