Paper FIRs and hazardous waste

Pursuant to Article 188-bis, paragraph 3-bis, of Legislative Decree 152/2006, the paper FIR must also be issued for hazardous waste by: farmers as defined in Article 2135 of the Civil Code; operators in the beauty sector, such as beauticians, manicurists, tattoo artists, etc., falling under Ateco codes 96.02.01, 96.02.02, 96.02.03 and 96.09.02, who generate hazardous waste, including waste classified under EER code 180103 for needles, syringes and sharps; and individuals not affiliated with any organisation, body or business.
