Between a plate of hand-pulled tagliolini and a truffle crostino, the area’s restaurants (such as the historic trattorias along the Metauro or the gourmet eateries in Acqualagna) offer menus entirely dedicated to the white truffle, accompanied by a glass of Bianchello del Metauro or Rosso Piceno. The local markets, open during the fair weekends, also allow you to buy the fresh produce directly from certified truffle hunters, guaranteeing quality and traceability.
