Being caught with a smartphone in her backpack during the Matura mock exam cost a Roma a sanction in the class register to a student who was nevertheless admitted to the State exam. Nevertheless, the girl had sued the school for vexatious conduct and lost the case (Court of Rome, judgement 18918 of 3 December 2021).
