Founded in Hollywood in 1912, it originally belonged to the 'Little Three', i.e. the three smaller studios. Over time it has grown: it has, for instance, produced Steven Spielberg's major hits, from 'Jaws' to 'E. T.', but also the 'Back to the Future' saga. It belongs to Comcast's portfolio.
