De Montel's Moon Party in Milan

On the occasion of the full moon on 10 July, the Moon Party arrives at De Montel, a fun and exciting evening event that animates the facility from 19:00 to 00:30. The outdoor park welcomes the more intimate and spiritual side of the evening with a special breath yoga session to align body and mind with the rhythm of the sky; this is followed by a Gong sound bath in thermal water to be carried away by deep and regenerating vibrations; an expert offers crystal reading to discover the properties and power of stones by consciously using their energy. It continues with the Celtic ritual in the Russian banja, the only sauna of its kind in Milan, where ancient gestures blend with water and steam in a powerful embrace, and finally the exciting show of the aufguss. La Luna also has a more carefree face and, in the inner courtyard, the atmosphere changes: the pace picks up, the lights become brighter, the music takes over.
