Kawasaki Versys 900

Kawasaki is expanding the Versys range with the new Versys 900, a road crossover that joins the 650 and the 1100. Set to take centre stage at EICMA 2026, it features a 948 cc four-cylinder engine producing 122 cv and 97.3 Nm at 8,000 rpm, paired with a KQS quickshifter and a slipper clutch. The electronics package includes traction control, ABS with an inertial platform and the KCMF system. The steel trellis frame is paired with long-travel suspension and 17-inch wheels. The seat, adjustable between 825 and 845 mm, the seven-position windscreen and the 20-litre fuel tank underline its touring credentials. Adaptive cruise control and ARAS rider assistance systems are also available. The 2027 range comprises the standard version, a version with reduced power output for A2 licence holders, and the ‘Se’ version, as well as the ‘Tourer’ and ‘Grand Tourer’ trim levels. Prices start from €12,890.
