The Via Francigena moraine-canavesana

The route of the Via Francigena moranico-canavesana, between the Valle d'Aosta and the Biella-Vercelli stretch, is 50 km long and crosses the territories of 10 municipalities: along the way, a beautiful stretch of the Ivrea morainic amphitheatre, dotted with lakes, is covered and there are numerous stops to refresh the body and spirit. Among other things, the stage from Ivrea to Viverone has been made as accessible as possible to people with physical-motor, cognitive-intellectual and sensory disabilities, the elderly and families with a rest area and multi-sensory panels.
