Wealth and consumption: Bolzano shines between Lombardy and Emilia

Among the six sectors that make up Quality of Life, the one dedicated to "Wealth and consumption" is the most unbalanced in favour of the North. The top 30 provinces are all from the North, the first from the Centre is Florence in 31st position, while the first from the South, Isernia, is only in 59th position. In the top ten, Lombardy and Emilia dominate with four steps each, leaving only Bolzano, second, and Aosta, tenth.
