40 years of fashion in Paris

To mark the 40th anniversary of the founding of its museum of arts and fashion, the Musée des Arts décoratifs in Paris has selected 40 iconic pieces from its collection and brought them together in the exhibition “Look! 40 ans de mode au musée’, which looks back at the major exhibitions organised by the institution, from the famous ‘Christian Dior, couturier du rêve’ to ‘Mondes surréalistes d’Elsa Schiaparelli’, all of which have been closely linked to art, design, photography and, above all, the savoir-faire of the ateliers.
