Autumn in Trentino amid nature, flavours and cultural events
Sebastião Salgado's glaciers on show at Muse
Glaciers are the protagonists of the shots taken by the great master Sebastião Salgado, whose photos remain on display at the MUSE in Trento, where it is worth making a stop not to miss this important cultural event. Until 11 January 2026, 10 large and very large format shots will be on display, the heart of the exhibition "Glaciers", a widespread exhibition, a true spiritual testament and warning to humanity entrusted to the images of the great master. For the MUSE, Salgado has designed a large site-specific installation in the spaces of the "Great Void" that architect Renzo Piano imagined as the museum's beating heart. All taken in Canada, in Kluane Park, the photographs exhibited in Trento form a single large nucleus. www.mart.tn.en - www.muse.it. The shots collected in the photographic volume Trentino Unexpected also become a large exhibition that can be visited until 9 November. Born from the collaboration between Trentino Marketing and Gribaudo, to whose call the Mart of Rovereto responded enthusiastically, Trentino Unexpected is a great cultural project, an exhibition with large and very large format photographs that describe Trentino in its many facets, capturing the rarest and most unique aspects of its landscapes.
