Montenegro, Bioce (2006)

A brake system failure caused a train derailment in Bioče in Montenegro, killing 47 people, including five children.

The train plunged into a 100 metre ravine above a river, about 10 km north of the capital Podgorica. 234 people were injured in what was the worst train disaster in Montenegro.
