Ducati Monster my2026

Expected in February, at 13,000 euros, is the 2026 model year of the Ducati Monster, a model born in 1992 and now in its fifth generation. The new Monster, completely redesigned, is fitted with an 890 cc V-twin engine with 111 hp, light and performing thanks to the Ivt (Intake variable timing) distribution that combines regularity at low revs, vigour in the midrange and power in the highs: 80% of maximum torque (91.1 Nm) is available from 4 thousand to 10 thousand revs. The engine is a structural part with a monocoque frame, a twin-arm swingarm inspired by the Panigale V4 and a technopolymer rear frame and trellis. All this reduces the weight to 175 kg dry. The riding position is now more accessible and comfortable thanks to the seat being lowered compared to the previous model (815 mm, which can go down to 775 mm with the low seat and accessory lowering kit) and the higher and more forward handlebar, which improves control and comfort. The electronics include four Riding Modes and an advanced package with numerous safety features, including Abs cornering. Finally, the 5" tft display is ready for the Ducati Multimedia System and turn-by-turn navigation.
