Honda Cb1000Gt

The Honda Cb1000Gt was born as a sport-tourer designed for those who want to combine high performance and comfort on long journeys. It is powered by a 1,000 cc inline four-cylinder engine, capable of delivering a maximum power output of 150 hp and robust torque, ideal for quick acceleration in any situation. The powerplant, known for its linearity and responsiveness, is mated to a six-speed gearbox with assisted clutch and slipper clutch to ensure smooth gear changes and optimum control under acceleration and deceleration. The chassis features a lightweight, rigid aluminium frame, adjustable suspension on both axles and dual 310 mm front disc brakes with radial calipers, perfectly matched to the bike's 229 kg in running order. On-board electronics include multi-level traction control, ride-by-wire and no less than five engine maps, allowing the bike to be adapted to one's riding style or road conditions. The riding position is relaxed but not passive, with wide handlebars, a 21-litre contoured tank and a comfortable seat 825 mm above the ground. Rich standard equipment: five-position manually adjustable windscreen, side cases (65 litres total volume), cruise control, heated grips, hand guards, centre stand and Quickshifter gearbox.
