UNITED STATES - 250th anniversary of the United States - 4 July

The central event of the 250th anniversary of the United States will take place on 4 July 2026 and will commemorate the 250th anniversary of the 1776 Declaration of Independence, which took place on 4 July 1776 in Philadelphia.

The Pennsylvania city has a unique place in US history, being home to Independence Hall, where the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution were signed, and the Liberty Bell.
