New trails to tackle on foot or on a mountain bike, new climbing routes and trails for runners, but also offers related to the well-being of body and mind. Summer 2025 promises this and much more, and for those who love active relaxation in nature, the destination not to be missed are the Ochsenkopf platforms in the forests of the Ötztal, where you can walk for about 4.5 km through special passages and relax in special wooden structures and tree houses. Another pleasant walk (also open to bicycles) is the one along the lake Achensee, complete with bathing jetties and small piers for relaxing in the sun. For lovers of farm produce, the must-see is the farm shop circuit in Leutasch, in the region of Seefeld, a circular trail of about ten kilometres, which touches on a dozen traditional farms. Also on two wheels, there are several events not to be missed, from the Bike Republic Sölden, with the opening to the public of the Freeride and Slopestyle lines in the XXL dirt park 'Dirt District', to the 30-kilometre route from Ischgl to Ramosch (Scuol) in Switzerland, to the new Fimba Pass Marathon, an 80-kilometre round trip from Ischgl to Samnaun, with return by cable car. If the Wipptal valley is a paradise for trail running, then via ferratas and climbing rings are the attractions in Paznaun-Ischgl, Ballunspitze Galtür and Feichten, where the new Keilschrofen route will open in the summer just a stone's throw from the town centre,
