Mg (Saic)

Mg, the historic British brand now controlled by the Chinese Saic group, has been back in Italy since 2021; in just over four years it has exceeded 100,000 cars registered and around 3% share, becoming the reference among Chinese brands. The range covers citycars (Mg3 Hybrid+), Zs and Hs suvs, Mg5 electric station wagons, Mg4 battery-powered compacts, and the Marvel R coupe suv, with petrol, full hybrid, plug-in and electric powertrains.

The offer combines lower prices than direct European competitors, a 7-year/150,000 km warranty and a network of around 70 Mg Stores and over 140 sales and service points. The approach is generalist 'value for money'.
